The main purpose of the introduction of the legal institution of unfinished construction in the Russian legislation is the civil-legal regulation of relations with real estate objects, which are not a completed thing (not put into operation). Premises in accordance with a number of legislative definitions require the establishment of regulations on mandatory state registration as part of an unfinished construction project. If this order is determined, the parts of the unfinished construction object that meet the characteristics of the premises will not remain in the shadow of civil regulation, and then they will be able to be the subject of civillaw transactions

The Specialized Law Regulating the Legal Regime of Agricultural Land is the Federal Law “On the Turnover of Agricultural Land”, with the exception of garden, country land plots, land parcels intended for personal subsidiary farming, garage construction, and land plots where objects of real estate are located. A significant factor of the becoming of the ‘arrow of time’ food is globalization. Under the consequences of it, according to sociologist G. Ritzer, there emerged “nothing” and correspondingly “non-food”. It is proved that in order to overcome the vulnerabilities of the existing vector of food dynamics non-linear knowledge of it is demanded that could be the basis of the humanistic turn adequate to the becoming complex socio-natural reality
