Instruments and Systems: Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics is a monthly journal that provides comprehensive coverage of new production automation technologies and of present-day controlling and diagnostic engineering. The journal highlights the state and tendencies of the development of instrument- and system-making and publishes reviews and articles on challenging and applied issues concerned with the most important and promising developments and the application of modern hardware and software means, such as Automatic Process Control Systems (APCS), Management Information & Control Systems (MICS), Automatic Control Systems (ASC), and Design Automation Systems (DAS). journal is an independent publication included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK). We encourage submissions from all organizations, institutions, enterprises, and individuals interested in related research. The journal promotes a variety of exhibitions. It publishes press releases on new developments of companies and enterprises. We encourage companies and organizations to report about their new findings. Press releases and information about the latest findings are free of charge (no more than one A4 sheet).
